Grateful and Empowered!!!!
I was drowning in MCA daily payments. I couldn’t sleep and didn’t know what to do. I talked to several companies about my problem and everyone told me to either get another MCA or default. Those options didn’t sit well with me. Another MCA was not the answer and defaulting would’ve ruined my bank account and sent me into a hellish tailspin. I continued reaching out to companies. One very late Saturday night I sent a message to Kanjorski Partners and got a response early Sunday morning, from Stefan Barnarsky. Stefan and I talked about my situation, then he asked me to send the MCA contact and my 3 recent months’ bank statements. By Sunday evening, Stefan had a plan on how to proceed, according to the contract. He walked me through the plan and highlighted the clauses in the contract that supported my claims for reconciliation and possibly restructuring. Within 24 hours after submitting a request for reconciliation, the MCA company reduced my daily payment drastically, to a manageable amount. If you’re getting screwed by MCA companies, reach out to Kanjorski Partners. They have the tools, experience, and patience to help you to a real solution. I can sleep now. I feel empowered and very grateful for Stefan Barnarsky and Kanjorski Partners.
