Excellent customer service! I bought a couple of ukulele cases and the zipper broke on one of them after only three months of use. So I reached out to Kala, and they were great about offering me a new replacement. They sent me a UPS return label via email immediately. Their customer support team member couldn't have been nicer. Good products (love their cases) and great customer service!
