ATM limit is $500, fine. But the cash advance (at a bank limit) is ALSO $500. It's so bizarre to have a limit that low for branch transactions. The daily limit is $2,500 in transactions also. If you might ever need to get the money you put in out, you're limited at $1,000 a day. If you have a steady job and keep a balance, then that's troubling.

This company is completely unprofessional. They are a low cost service and if they see you as an "issue" they just close your card. That's how they "maintain" such low rates. They want to monitor how many transactions you make, which is just odd.

I had a terrible experience with their customer service. They just stone wall you and it's very unfair.

This finance company has a ton of complaints and rightly so. I wish I would've looked them up before doing business with them. Their customer service agents are extremely rude, they randomly turn off cards for dumb reasons like having too many $1 deposits in a month. Then, they won't answer your phone calls or respond to Better Business Bureau Complaints,
