Kaia ModernReviews of kaiamodern.com

They offer a decent variety of art to choose from. However, the main issue is that their website lacks an easy-to-use color filtering option, making it a bit challenging to navigate and find specific color preferences.

Ordered several pieces to adorn my new restaurant business. Kaia from the company also provided valuable assistance in selecting the best artworks for our project. I must commend her responsiveness in addressing all my requests. However, I do have one complaint regarding their website, which offers an overwhelming number of art pieces to choose from. I hope that in the future, they can streamline the options to make the decision-making process easier.

The canvas matches exactly what was shown on the website, and it arrived promptly. I am extremely pleased with the product, which is a truly unique piece. I decided to give it as a housewarming gift for my husband, and he loved it.

I placed an order for four pieces with them. While most of them turned out well, one piece didn't meet my expectations in terms of quality and color, which couldn't be altered. I contacted them and requested a redo, to which they agreed. Eventually, I received all four paintings, and I must say their service was excellent. I understand that it's challenging for the artwork to look exactly the same as it does online, but they made every effort to find the best solutions for us.

I decided to go for an oversized piece and they offered a custom option. Since I wanted a canvas that could serve as wallpaper, I requested a super large size. They confirmed that it could be done, and the end result turned out to be truly magnificent. They fully supported my concept of using canvas art as wallpapers, and the overall experience was delightful. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

My experience with Kaia Modern and the wall art I ordered was truly delightful. The canvas art itself was precisely as depicted online.

I had a fantastic experience with the helpful customer support agent I spoke to on the phone at this art company. Despite the painting size I needed not being displayed on the website, she went above and beyond to accommodate my request. Additionally, I received a $10 off voucher that I accidentally forgot to apply during checkout. When I reached out to them via email, they promptly credited $10 back to my account. I'm absolutely thrilled with how amazing the picture looks on my wall.

When I first explored the Kaia Modern website, my intention was to find artwork created by a promising, emerging artist. I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible variety of artworks available for sale. The entire shopping experience was seamless and uncomplicated, and my order was processed promptly. The unframed paintings were delivered with great care, ensuring their protection through careful packaging. Overall, I was highly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by Kaia Modern.
