I was in a life threatening car accident and my 90 day grace period passed by 1 week due to a hospital stay. All payments had been made but the customer service representative I spoke with said I knew I had an obligation and should have prepared. I was floored lol, so I told her I wish I could have called the person that ran the red light and hit me so they would have stopped. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general, the BBB and the CFPB I recommend y'all do the same. Its time to get rid of the predatory lenders. My pay off was $700 but now they want $2100, no mam we aren't getting scammed like this. I have forwarded all of my documents to an attorney to file suit. Enough is Enough I wish I could give them negative stars.

I would like to leave no stars but it’s not possible. This company cares nothing for its consumers. I am 2 days behind the 90 day period and they will not work with me within these circumstances. They say if I have called the office on a day that their office was closed then they would be able to help. I would never recommend anyone use this company. I will pay the balance due on my merchandise and not another penny ! Completely unethical and unreasonable I feel as if I’m being robbed ! They want me to pay $3411 to finance $2400. Almost $6,000 completely unreasonable

 they are horrible. They are trying to charge me twice for what I already paid ! THEY SAY THAT MY payment of 1800, keep in mind leaving my balance at 77 so I expected them to charge my next payment (the following month) to charge it so it can close off and be done within those 3 months but no that the 1800 covered for the 3 months and that the following payment would be today extending my lease and them charging me 2,300 more or to close it off early 1,600! BUNCH OF F* THEIFS AND PREDATORS TRYING TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY! SCAMMERS AND DO NOTHING TO WORK WITH THE COSTUMER!

Purchased a stereo through kafene and returned it within a month, now they are trying to charge me 2,366$ for no reason! I don't even have the merchandise since it was returned! I just want the account to cleared but they still want me to pay. Bunch of thieves!

I hate this company they taking out my account every week and now saying I owe 1900 on a 800 purchase they are scam I stop a couple of people from leasing from them a scam at it best I hope no one go too this company please post on all social platforms so we could inform poor people we need too do this asap I’m going to stand infront of the furniture store and I purchase for my mom smh never no more

I wish I had seen these reviews before I got the service. I purchased some tires that were only $580 so I'm paying on it every two weeks for 90 days I made 4 payments already; long story short I just checked to see how much I have left to pay, and it says I have $551 left to pay in my 90 days, but if I do not pay in 90 days my balance gong be $1500 so I'm not paying anything else until they fix this

Description of complaint: On June 16 I purchased a A/C compressor from Meinke in Security , Colorado . I had 90 days to pay, I have paid Total Paid to Date $786.83 AMOUNT LOANED $1,371.82 I owe them only $585. I called to pay them off and they refused to let me pay it off. I have tried to get this fixed for days but they are ripping me off. They now want $1,884.62 !!!! I am going to contact the Fraud Dept with the Attorney General if this isn't cleared up. I don't mind to pay what I owe but am not going to be put off for days to clear this account. No one would allow this ! They were fully aware I only wanted to have the loan 90 days !! I have fulfilled my part of the obligation, now please correct your gouged billing so I can pay this off. I am contacting my bank if you keep taking money and reporting it as fraud which it is !!! Changed my initial loan from $1,371.82 to $2,671.46 !!! This was NOT RESOLVED... I am going to pay off what I owe and stop you from taking my money from my bank. I have already contacted them. I am not opposed to filing a lawsuit if this isn't resolved.
