Umrah PilgrimageReviews of kaabaconnections.com

⭐ **WARNING TO EVERYONE: VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH KAABA CONNECTIONS! PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!** My experience with **Kaaba Connections has been heartbreaking and extremely frustrating.** I sent them **$2,149 through Zelle** for Umrah hotel reservations in Makkah and Madinah. This was my hard-earned money. I worked day and night to earn this money so I could provide a beautiful Umrah vacation for my family. I have **proof of my Zelle payment, the payment invoice, and records of my communications** with this agency. When I discovered the problem with my hotel bookings, I contacted them and requested a full refund of my money. They told me that **they would refund my money within five minutes**. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. Instead, they stopped answering my phone calls and emails. It has now been almost **two months**, and I am still waiting for my money. They made a promise to refund me, but I have received neither the refund nor a satisfactory response. I feel completely let down and disrespected. This is not a small amount of money. **$2,149 represents many hours of hard work and sacrifice.** I trusted this agency with my family's Umrah travel plans, and this experience has caused me tremendous stress, disappointment, and frustration. I am writing this review to warn other families so they can be careful before sending money to this agency. Please independently verify your hotel reservations and payments directly with the hotels, and protect your hard-earned money. **Kaaba Connections, I want my $2,149 refunded immediately.** I have kept my payment invoice and supporting evidence, and I will continue pursuing this matter through the appropriate channels until it is resolved. Based on my personal experience, **I cannot recommend this travel agency.** Please be cautious, do your research, and think carefully before trusting them with your family's travel arrangements and money. No family should have to go through this kind of stress while preparing for such a meaningful journey as Umrah.

BE AWARE. These guys are scammers. First, they changed the airport on our inbound flight and messed up on the names and then they wanted us to dispute the charge when they could have cancel the ticket from their end. And while I was waiting for the refund, they made another charge on my credit card of $2000 without my consent.

Ye buht e acha tareeka ha or kisi scam ki koi bat ni or paisy b munasib hain mashallah isko chalany walo Allah pak buht buht seht tandrusti dy

0 Star DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - PURE BAIT-AND-SWITCH & FRAUDULENT PRACTICESI am writing this to warn the Muslim community and anyone planning their Umrah to stay far away from Kaaba Connections. They are highly unprofessional and engage in deceptive business practices.I booked an Umrah package with them and sent my payment via Zelle. Shortly after accepting the money, they used classic high-pressure and bait-and-switch tactics, claiming prices went up, only to change their story days later. When I refused to play their games and requested a full refund for services NOT rendered, they completely ghosted me and refused to return my hard-earned money.Keeping a customer's money without providing the service is illegal (Unjust Enrichment). I have already filed official fraud and scam complaints with the Maryland Attorney General’s Office, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind. Do business with a reputable, honest agency instead. This place has zero integrity.

If I could put no star,I will. This company is not professional at all. They made a lot of mistakes, first, there were no transparency regarding their transactions.they have been charging my credit card 10 times for I do not know what . second, they changed my hotel at the last minute,I kept looking for the new one in Mekkah, and then surprisely I found out that they paid only for 2 nights instead of 4, I gad to pay fir 2 more night out of my pocket, another surprise,is when I went for Madina,I found out that they booked for the hotel but did not pay for it ,the worse is when I finished my umarah,el hamdoullilah,i found out that the coming back flight was not from Jeddah as the transportation vancher says but from Madina,I had to buy another ticket to come back home.which costs me a lot due the holidays .This is what I called unprofessionalism.Avoid the max this company there are much more trutful ones in the market,it happens to me that I dealt with the worse.

My experience was not satisfactory. The response time was slow and the service did not meet my expectations overall.
