This was my hard-earned money. I worked day and night to earn this money so I could provide a beautiful Umrah vacation for my family. I have **proof of my Zelle payment, the payment invoice, and records of my communications** with this agency. When I discovered the problem with my hotel bookings, I contacted them and requested a full refund of my money. They told me that **they would refund my money within five minutes**. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. Instead, they stopped answering my phone calls and emails. It has now been almost **two months**, and I am still waiting for my money. They made a promise to refund me, but I have received neither the refund nor a satisfactory response. I feel completely let down and disrespected. This is not a small amount of money. **$2,149 represents many hours of hard work and sacrifice.** I trusted this agency with my family's Umrah travel plans, and this experience has caused me tremendous stress, disappointment, and frustration. I am writing this review to warn other families so they can be careful before sending money to this agency. Please independently verify your hotel reservations and payments directly with the hotels, and protect your hard-earned money. **Kaaba Connections, I want my $2,149 refunded immediately.** I have kept my payment invoice and supporting evidence, and I will continue pursuing this matter through the appropriate channels until it is resolved. Based on my personal experience, **I cannot recommend this travel agency.** Please be cautious, do your research, and think carefully before trusting them with your family's travel arrangements and money. No family should have to go through this kind of stress while preparing for such a meaningful journey as Umrah.

I'll give 5 stars to Kaaba connections because I had my travel in this month with this agency.Muhammad was great with his job. It was my first time for the Umrah. He guided me through everything very well.The Umrah guide over there was a bit late and we had to wait for him in the hotel lobby for 15 mins, then he told us to go to the Haram . It was too hot. I had to wait for almost 35 mins in total but then when he came over. He performed the Umrah with us and guided us through all the steps.I was with my family and we had a great experience for the Umrah.I'm so thankful to Kaaba Connections for such a great journey. I would like to go every year with this agency. I would like to thank especially brother Muhammad, Brother saad and brother Ikhlaq for doing such incredible Job.

I am very pleased with the wayI was treated throughout my trip by SAAD. I had a pleasant trip and all my concerns were dealt with satisfactorily. Once again thank you. I had a very affordable and comfortable trip. I will definately book with them next time, probably in ramadan inshallah.
