I‘ve been snowboarding for 25+ years
I‘ve been snowboarding for 25+ years. What an incredible brand with an outstanding customer service. Still getting spareparts shipped at no cost for a 10year old binding. K2 rocks hard

Ich habe Skischuhe von der Marke gekauft, der Händler antworten nicht auf Email. Rückgabe ist auch nicht möglich. K2 Sport sind ein Drecksladen. Lieber bei Fisher oder Rosignol bestellen

Suckered into trusting them.
I wanted to order ski boots, and spoke with a customer service representative, who assured me that what I was buying would fit, as I previously rented a similar pair. They did not. On top of that, they would not pay for me to ship them back, which cost me $35, even though I called when I got them to let them know I had been misled.
