Absolutely horrific… every time we switch it on it doesn’t connect to the internet, so we have to re type all the router details in to even watch Netflix Even though its brand new i will get so much pleasure smashing the screen and throwing it in the bin Do not buy JVC TV !!!! Absolutely rubbish

Stay clear of JVC tvs. I purchased a 42 inch android tv and I returned it as soon as I could physically return to the store. The android tv function was not responsive and would often restart, the colours were all over the place with green tints appearing where they shouldnt especially with blacks and blues. When i returned the sales adviser told me that they have a lot of returns mostly for power issues. This wasnt a problem for me. All i can say is i know that they are budget tvs but i would still expect that colours are shown accurately even if sharpness isnt there. Stay well clear, put a little extra or look at other budget brands such as hisense.

Poor TVs. I bought one 2 months ago. I have to keep re tuning it. Hd channels 101 102 103 I can't get ,the the next day they come on.i.turn the TV off and back on an hour later and they have gone off again.Do not buy one of these. Pay a bit extra for a Samsung or LG.

I bought this for the lounge thinking it would be so much better than my current old TV and Roku express smart box which I had moved to my bedroom. Turns out using my bedroom TV is alot easier and less frustrating to use!! JVC lags in loading, remote doesn't respond, apps especially Netflix cuts out all the TV, basically has a mind of its own. Worse purchase ever and wish I could get my money back.

Awful TV, incredibly slow to respond, so-so sound & picture. Basic features such as setting a schedule to watch a program coming up soon on a different channel are competent absent or extremely difficult to find. So disappointed, a complete waste of money and wish I’d have gone with a non-android TV.

Bought 40 inch JVC Smart Tv just over 2 years ago, nice pic and sound but started playing up and now has a blank screen and no sound! Stuck on standby and none of the trouble shoots are working! I’m using my 13 year old Samsung which still works like a dream!! Will never buy JVC again!! Avoid!

I bought a JVC 42" 4k "Smart" TV about six months ago. It is quite simply the worst piece of tech ever! It crashes more times than one of those yellow dummies. Problems with internet, apps, casting...everything really, up to and including turning the bloody thing on and off! I urge anyone thinking of buying a JVC product to buy any other brand.
