JVCReviews of jvc.com

We purchased a JVC fire tv edition LT-40cf700 from Curry’s 26/12/21 it has to be said it’s the worst tv we have ever owned. Thee picture quality is dreadful unless you standing in front of it and when you switch it on you can make a coffee before the picture comes on. Curry’s offer was to have it repaired I suggested keeping it and giving us our money. You can guess the response was!!

Purchased jvc 55 in tv from curry worked for just over a year there wa see update on screen never worked again. Curry’s gave me conflicting advice on the phone for 3 hrs one day 2 hrs next day. Informed it could not be repaired by curry’s tech team. Then came the conflicting advice. Tried finance company and ombudsman no success

The JVC television I bought from Curry's is faulty. It frequently locks up, not responding to the remote. It is necessary to unplug the set from the mains and wait for some time before switching on again to get it working. This morning it sat for over 10 minutes saying "Retrieving Data". Eventually I had to turn the set off at the wall again and wait for some time before switching it on to get it working. The set is only six weeks old, Curry's will not take it back. Totally unfit for purpose and would not buy another JVC.

Terrible Tv, don’t bother. Had so many issues with it, you will need to get it repaired, at this point your notice these reviews. Send the TV off for repairs and as soon as you get your next issue send the TV back as your rights are that you get a refund if not happy after a repair. Don’t think about it, send it Back! I didn’t and now I’ve gone back to fire stick and my over 10 years old Sony TV that is better quality and no issues with.

Bought a jcv TV a couple of months ago absolute dinosaur of a TV surprised its not in black and white so slow its untrue. Should have read the reviews before buying never again anyone wants collect for free 🤨

Bought the JVC HA-FX9BT. It barely holds more than 3 hours of charge and takes a whole day to recharge. Sound is OK-ish, but far from isolated. The range of the bluetooth connection is about 5 meters. 2 meters before you can hear it in the music. I contacted their customer support, but they say I should contact the local retailer and vice versa. All-in-all: this is not suited for work or anything or anywhere the new money grab age of no jack sticks is. Recommended use: target practice throwing stuff in the trash or if you got less than 30 minutes to the nearest store and you want some music.

We bought a JVC tv from currys. It was faulty and currys took it back and exchanged it. The TV we now have worked for a while but once out of the years guarantee started having faults. For example not loading, switching off completely, no sound. I would not recommend at all!

First of all, why do I have to give 1* to review? Secondly, Jesus H Christ, I've had tube TVs start up quicker than this pile of cr@p! Remember when TVs had valves, and mum would say, "you have to wait for the valves to warm up..."? Well JVC have reinvented the valve with a chip! We used to get a snow image when reception was bad, now we get Norman Collier/Max Headroom!! (google these guys if you're too young to remember) Oh, and why can't I turn the set off on a button, instead of having to go through a convoluted menu system, in order to reboot the damn thing?? Finally, remote buttons, need to be BIGGER for older eyes! Hate this TV with a vengeance
