I bought a LT-50CA890 Android TV 50" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED from curry’s 14 months ago. There are now just vertical lines on screen with no sound or picture.As expected Curry’s won’t honour out of warranty claim and I’m left shafted. These tv’s are utter rubbish so take my advice and stay well clear.

Absolutely awful smart TV, Constantly having to retune along with shutting the power off to get a satisfactory response. I shall never purchase another JVC product again.

Still no info about their products problems...tv shuts down ....many times the menu stucks and you cant open ot to change the parameters on it and you must close the tv from the power supply and then open it again.....and it doesnt play the most popular platform ...there is no app to download for disney+....the worst products from the worst company....shame

The worst tv l have ever owned. Shocking. Gets itself in a mess so have to power off at the mains, internet connection is poor and changing channels, channel guide etc, every thing you would normally do with a tv is incredibly slow. Avoid at all costs. Update: SOLVED IT. Go to Settings, Profile, HbbTV and turn this OFF. MY TV WORKS AS A NORMAL TV. Powering up, Changing Channels, TV Guide, all quick as it should be. 😁

This is the worst TV I have ever bought. Constantly having to switch it off and on. You can be sitting watching a programme and it will switch itself off without warning. Transitioning between apps or Home Screen or guide screen is so slow and clunky. The functionality of it is very poor compared to other TVs. I thought I would give this company a go but I would never buy a jvc again.

We purchased this tv for our mum as a birthday present, what a BAD move was that!!! The TV has been returned under warantee twice and STILL does not connect to catch up channels unless you reset it via reset factory settings which takes ages ggrrrrrrr. My mum has even changed her broadband supplier so she has a fast speed but the problem remains which proves it is a fault with the TV. She just gets the circle of doom going round and round which never connects, it is the most frustrating TV we have ever owned and certainly do not recommend it. My poor mum is now left with a TV which does not do what it is supposed to and her warrantee has now run out. Needless to say unless JVC do the right thing and replace it as a faulty item then we are stuck with it. 😡
