Absolutely rubbish!!! I've had to turn it off at the mains 3 times in half an hour,blank screen,unable to turn off with remote,you lose half a program waiting for it to catch up!! Worse Tele I've ever had!!! Never again! And I've only had it 3 months!!!! Steer clear!!!

Worst tv ever.. when it says 12 month warranty that's exactly what you get.. didnt expect ours to just start playing up so soon with no fault of our own.. dont waste your money on these tvs, it really does pay to spend a lil bit more on a better brand

Well one star is one star too many for this company. Ordered ear pods things they arrived battered in the box I paid to return them as this is the policy a week later they arrived back with me... No explanation either. I sent loads of messages, I emailed no reply from any platform and then today I receive an email saying my emails have been timed out and they were returned to me as they had been opened which they hadn't this was how they arrived with me. Their customer service dept is shocking. So now I am £28 out of pockets stuck with some ear pods things that are utterly useless and don't even stay in your ears. What an awful company do not waste your time purchasing anything from them and you will not get any help when things aren't right.

I assumed it was just me till I read these reviews. Without doubt the worst TV have ever owned. Turns on & off without me touching remote. Can take 3 mins for screen to appear albeit have audio when turning on. Have to wait an age before can use channel change or mute as nothing happens. I will take great delight in putting a hammer through it when my new TV turns up. Avoid like the plague. Wish would have read this before I bought it.

After 12.75 months, my JVC LT-25C605 23" telly has no connectivity to programmes. Rang Curry's who tried to talk through setting up process without success. Suggested having set picked up for £99 and getting it inspected and getting a repair quote. Declined It was suggested that as it only cost £145 last year, £99 wasn't worth and go and get another!!!!!!!!

Do NOT buy a JVC 4K TV ! Absolute rubbish ! Will not hold Wi-Fi signal for long . You will spend most of your time resetting it . Picture is Pixelated on most UK Channels . Your better off Spending an extra £100 on an LG . Trust me it's worth it , Never had as much Stress buying that JVC TV , then taking it back too Currys . The store was great ! Hooked me up with a great LG . Lesson learned !!!

Not even 18 months old and the backlight has gone on this crap TV. The “smart” apps have never worked properly and says Wi-Fi not connected when clearly it is because I have to use a Roku box. The TV itself takes ages to come on if you forget and turn the plug off, nightmare! Don’t buy one, you will be disappointed.
