Bought a JVC 50" Smart TV July 2021 Absolute poor show has horizontal lines on the screen since end of September 2022 Done a factory reset...no good..Currys said tough as its out of warranty...I have 2 x 10 year old Samsung Tv's still working perfectly...Avoid like the plague

0-STARS I purchased the 58" from Sam's Club and it gave out...No picture after 3months. I followed all proper channels and customer service tells me over and over that they will get back with me in a week ever since May 3, 2022. Today's date is October 15, 2022, I guess they don't know the difference between one week and mega months! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Customer Service sucks! My TV stopped working back in June and no one is helping me resolve the issue at Customer Service. I'm being pushed around by everyone and not getting any help. I would totally just save your money and buy a different brand. If something happens to your electronics, they are not going to help you even with your warranty. I haven't been helped in four months. Almost going on five. I swear by the time I get help, my warranty will be expired.

Do not touch jvc 43incn smart tvs they only last 8 months gone through 2 in under 18 months save your money and they try to say its not warranted. They all know the score look at the reviews I'm gob smacked they still sell em , this needs trading standards.

TWO JVC TVs from Curry’s are the worst piece of junk I’ve ever spent money on. They are infuriatingly slow, clunky, Netflix closes on its own every time, the remote has failed on one, the screen has failed with black lines on the other, the sound is very quiet, all apps up to date WI Fi is fast but these TVs are designed to break. I will never buy from JVC or Curry’s ever again. I have a no brand Asda TV from 2007 that is still perfect in every way. Awful products from JVC and Curry’s.

I bought a set of bluetooth headphones and I have NEVER been able to connect them to my iPhone nor my husband's iPhone, other headphone brands connect perfectly. The headphones do however connect to my Apple Watch, I tried so talk to someone online at JVC but gave up as they expect me to pay to speak to a technical expert when I'm a technical expert myself and I'm unable to fix the problem. I'm giving up and buying a Sony pair.

We purchased this JVC 43" TV not realising just how frustrating it would be in opperation - After all when you buy a TV you don't get to actually sit with the control and use as you would in a real world situ. So you go on the visual appearance and the reputation. Picture was this TV is great but that is where it ends. If it had a simple freeview.freesat tuner I don't think it would be that bad. Where it falls over is the Fire TV. Numerous complaints with this side of the TV - The tv is ethernet wired on a gigabit router with good speeds on our isp - The TV will freeze periodically for no reason. It will reset itself which seems to coincide with it updating software. I 'HAVE' to sign into amazon to use the thing ! Why! The remote is rubbish, difficult to use, needs constant re pairing and so it goes on. Never ever again I will not touch a JVC anything !!

2 years old and heading for the tip. Blackouts for no reason. Lines in picture. Used to be brand to trust.
