DO NOT BUY JVC ROKU TV! SCAM! PIECE OF JUNK! Screen went out in 2 years. Started with horizontal lines across the screen and then progressively turned into a completely black screen. Tried all of the non sense reset options and nothing has worked. CUSTOMER SERVICE is non existent. They do not answer the phones or respond to emails. They should have to send replacements or pay for repairs, and not make cheap junk and rob peoples hard earned money. Scam company. A TV should not go out in 2 years of normal use. TAKING LEGAL ACTION against this con company.

Bought a 55" TV, I thought it was my lack of knowledge that nothing seemed to work right on it. Had to wait for quite a while to get a internet connection put in,by which time the take it back option had long expired,but I carried on trying to get it to work,it was slow, failed to respond to remote,and would cut out regularly,total frustration, luckily my neighbour has got a skip,and he says that I can throw it in there,so that will be the end of any JVC television for me. I wish I had read reviews before I wasted my money

Have had my jvc roku 50in television 6 months when all of a sudden it quit powering in without notice. No power indicator light is on. I tried numerous outlets and power supplys to make sure it wasnt the outlet itself. I informed jvc ro be told i would here back in a day or two after submitting report just for them to now tell me itll take 2-4 weeks to hear from them. If that is not scammy idk what is. I definitely will never buy jvc again

Wanted a cheap smart tv for my bedroom so brought one around the £300 price mark. Worst money I ever spent. Not even a week after having it there were problems. I called support and they kept ‘repairing’ it and wouldn’t let me return so stuck with it. Constant crashing and lagging. Sometimes it won’t even turn on without resetting via the plug. Even if you want to change the input there’s a high chance it will blue screen. It’s so unusable I had to buy a fire stick so I could actually watch tv. DO NOT buy from this brand!!! buy a normal tv and a fire stick for cheaper and actually get a working product.

Dont buy this tv, volume controll is slow and doesnt appear on screen, kicks out of netflix, crashed constantly, worse tv ive ever purchased.

Bought a 58 inch JVC TV online 11/06/2020 and it went out 3/2021. Called JVC and sent in all the necessary items - MN, SN, receipt, Name and contact info. CASE-209408 The CS team never contacted me and when I did reach them almost a year later they acted as though they were waiting on my info. I gave it again and they still avoid honoring the 1 yr warranty. Even asking if I still have the tv- a year later and to make matters worse they have lied about having a resolution in 4 weeks and 1 week - over 3 months ago. Thanks JVC for outstanding CS
