For the love of dog and your sanity, DO NOT buy a JVC TV from Currys (they now own the brand name) I bought a 32" for the kitchen and I have had nothing but problems with it. Firstly there was a message about the software needing updating which appeared on screen. Follow the instruction to update and but nothing worked, and the message kept repeating and repeating every 14 minutes. ! Next the remotes don't last, the button functions seem to slide after a while and you find that when you're trying to use the navigation buttons with the arrows on to select items on Freeview Play of even go through the tv guide, you end up going up when you want to go left and selecting something when you want to go right. Its an utter farce. Then, there is the TV guide. It freezes, EVERY TIME You go onto it and try to scroll down but it only scrolls down a dozen or so lines then freezes so you have to come out of it and go in again, then it freezes further down. This keeps happening for seven or eight times before you can get to the end of the listings. Lastly, the piece of crap is temperamental so it sometimes just won't turn on. Simply refuses. New batteries in the remote doesn't work, unplugging it doesn't work and there are no over-ride buttons on the actual set to switch it on. The only satisfying thing to do with this pile of crap is to take it out into the back garden and go at it with aget the sledgehammer.

Bought JVC smart TV or so I thought in Curry's Feb 2022 but today vertical lines on screen ! Currys reply tough for a few weeks out of warranty cannot help ! JVC are crapppppppppppp

Bought a 32 inch JVC tele for the bedroom. Picture is okay but the general performance is abysmal. The software is atrocious. It’s really slow and difficult to use. Connecting to the internet is difficult and although it says it does, it does NOT work with Alexa.

Crap TV doesn't do what you ask it to when you ask it to . Then when it dose work you your watching something eles . Pay the extra money for a better TV

JVC 32" Android TV (LT-32CA120). It's not a bad TV although the Google Android software is very sluggish and unresponsive on the more complex operations such as switching on and off, changing channels and adjusting the volume—oh, and bringing up the programme guide. Occasionally the programme info will take a while to update and be half-an-hour behind the current programme, but this happens only in perhaps ten out of ten times. And the lag in the picture when streaming video is only a problem when…well, when streaming video. The only possible advantage of this TV is the price. It’s cheap. You really do get what you pay for.

I will never buy anything JVC again ....their 4k TV is just awful , if I knew I would have stuck with my hd TV which is like Usain bolt in comparison . So sluggish it's ridiculous , randomly turns off mid programme. Many times it won't even let you put the channel you want on and turns it self off again. The remote is 15 minutes behind too . I would have given it no stars if I could . 1 star is generous ...and I'm not even fussy .

I've a TV that is less than three months old and it now performs like a member of Curry's staff. Shuts off when it feels like it, pays no attention to the remote control and ignores any piece of equipment that's smarter than itself. THIS IS YOUR AVERAGE CURRY'S STAFF MEMBER, WELL EVERYONE ON A HELP LINE. A total waste of electronics. 0 out of 1 million.
