Kept losing the picture and then the sound, now both have gone and cannot reset anything. All the help forums tell you to navigate through the settings menu, but that is impossible because I have a black screen. This is the biggest load crap merchandise I have been unfortunate enough to purchase.

Absolutely crap. The most difficult TV in the world to set up. Cannot sign into google tried loads of time. Controls are rubbish obviously designed by someone with a Degree. Wish o had never bought it. JVC - LT-43CA320 Android TV 43" Smart Full HD LED TV. Avoid at all costs, you do need to be a electronics engineer to navigate through the set up.

JVC LT32CA690 Please just do not buy JVC android tv. Problem, problem, problem. Cannot access catch-up on BBC/ITV etc unless I do a factory re-set EVERYTIME. I wish I had seen reviews for the brand. I agree with every one of those reviews. This is CRAP tv.

Not even worth one star. Often had a black screen when turning the TV on so had to keep resetting it. After 17 months the screen would no longer work but it was clear the tv still worked behind the screen. Customer service was non existent.

If I could give it 0 I would. Please noone ever buy a JVC TV they are shocking bad. The thing randomly turns on in the night, has to be reset multiple times and the picture quality and speed are garbage.

JVC Fire tv, save your money. This tv decides when it feels like to return to the start menu. Sound indication levels sometimes decide not to show, name of tv channel sometimes not indicated. If you like a tv that is needing a psychiatrist, this is for you.

Smart TV broke after a year and half. Terrible products no customer service to call. I hope whoever runs this company ends up croaking it on the crapper.

Bought open -ear earphones.very uncomfortable.as soon as you open the box you cannot return items unaware of this until I seen a folded piece of paper which I thought was the advice note.online it says no quibble 14 day money back guarentee .very misleading used for about 2 hours max and now one speaker doesn't work.
