The telly struggles with internet signal, it takes ages to respond when you press a button, I have to keep turning it off and on again at the plug to get it to respond. Quest telly I've ever had! What a waste of money.

Only gave one star as can’t give none ! Do not buy a jvc tv especially smart . Me and my neighbour have the same tv’s 40 inch smart not smart at all . Both tv have broblems with black screen despite resets ! Curry’s are very poor also don’t use either !!

The price is definitely a hint to its reliability. Some days it won't turn one unless I turn it off at the mains. It got lost lines already (it's 2 years old). It's slow. The sound is awful, so I bought a JVC sound bar which is equally as frustrating.

Jvc-LT-50CA890..serial no: Pants!! The dumbest smart TV I've ever had the pleasure of being tortured by. Had issues from the start; wouldn't connect to the Internet, apps not loading. Slow and most times un-responsive, even when hard cabled. Now I have lovely lines across the screen and a 10% chance the remote will work (yes,I checked the batteries). Really gutted I got rid of a Samsung 32inch flat screen that didn't fault in 12 years along with my lovely Chrome cast.I thank my friends for convincing me to "get smart" and purchase this pile of s**t! 🤣

Bought a JVC LT-43CA420 43" smart tv for our son for Christmas last year from Currys, it seemed ok so we stupidly went ahead and bought another one for our bedroom! Both tv's are total garbage. Take forever and a day to open ANYTHING, we have really good internet and they are constantly constantly slow. Apps crash and the tv's turn themselves off for no reason whatsoever, and now one of them is losing the bottom 3rd of the screen after 9 months. Hoping to get rid of both, really wish I had read the reviews on here before being sucked in by the good offers! We have a 12 year old Samsung tv still going strong, these haven't lasted 1 year, you get what you pay for...

We have had this tv for two years now and it is definitely the worst tv we have ever had channel's disappear sound goes on and of contrast is up and down will never buy jvc products again

Not even worth one star. My fire tv broke down after 18 months, jvc or currys not interested. I rang a tv repair guy who told me he had currently 15 of them all the same age in his workshop for repair

I wish I could give 0 star! Bought their tv for only 13 months and it’s already not working can’t connect to wifi at all! And I contacted their customer service and provided all the proves and details, the feedback I got is “your tv is out of warranty” what kind of customer service is this?! I want it to be fixed! Not helping at all and will NEVER buy jvc product! It’s not like my tv was 13 years but only 13 months!
