Stockings seem OK but they were a long time coming, backordered, and no one let us know. We had to call the local vendor and inquire after about two weeks.

This is about my 6th pair of custom-fit compression hose from Juzo, but the product delivery seemed much slower than the previous experiences. I kept getting requests to submit the docusign form but had not received the product. Communication regarding estimated delivery date would have been helpful. There were some issues regarding the fit of my toe garments that were unexpected; they were flared and covered my nail bed. The garments were soft and lightweight as usual. The pump had helped to activate my lymphatic system, so my legs were smaller than the original submitted measurements. The PT has submitted the adjustments, so I do not yet know the outcome of the final product. I anticipate they will be highly effective as those in the past with the new measurements.

it would be a lot more pleasant experience if there was a simple way to get them on. Those of us with arthritis have a very difficult time getting them on.

I like my socks it was an insane amount of time I had to wait for them. I ordered them in June and just received last week which was mid August. I can’t understand what the possible delay was. The company I bought them of course blamed you all more than once, I wasn’t clear exactly when a shipping day was going to be except it would be the first of August but once again the seemed a very long time to me.

They are very hard to put on! Very tight!

It is very difficult to put on and the material, after 2 washes in a mesh laundry bag, already has fuzz balls stuck to it.

Took too long to receive order. Very difficult to get on. Little instructions. Hot to wear in summer. Expensive and No returns for custom garments. Should have a trial period to make adjustments,
