opposable thumbs, measurements for gloves
I've been using Juzo sleeves and gloves since 2011. They could be made far better. The sleeves are OK, but the gloves are cheaply made, just out of two flat pieces, same for right as left hand. I am sure you have seen eg leather gloves, how the thumb is placed, opposing the other fingers. In knitted gloves you can see that the whole glove is made without any seam. Of course it is possible to do, any old grandmother in Greece would be happy to show you how. Also, you do not take measurements of enough points. You take it on the wrist, then the bottom of the thumb, but I have a bone sticking out inbetween. For class 2 gloves, I had to make by myself an "extension" to cover this, made out of a cannibalized old glove. Hard to explain without a diagram. I had brought these and other suggestions to people at the Juzo booth of a meeting in Montreal and another in Toronto but I did not see any change. If you listen now it would be nice! I would love to explain to you in person. Leda
