The customer service was surprisingly amazing. I’ll admit I was questioning at first if I should purchase an engagement ring from Juyoyo but I’m very happy I did. They even sent me a list of images so I could choose the stone I wanted myself. I was in a rush to get the ring because I planned poorly but they did their best to get the ring to me on time. It was actually sent out ahead of estimated date. Unfortunately even though I paid for the rush delivery of 1-3 days it still spent 6 days in delivery services hands (their fault not Juyoyo’s) and I didn’t get the ring on time. I proposed with a stand in ring and gave her the real one once we got home from our trip. The ring is stunning and she absolutely loves it. I will say the moonstones do not photograph very well but when you see them in real life in natural light they are mesmerizing. Thank you Juyoyo for making this couple very happy!
