My item never arrived so I contacted them. They gave me the postal tracking number and I searched for it. Couldn’t find what had happened to the item. Contacted them again and they made new ones and resent the item. This time they arrived and are gorgeous. So happy with there customer service. Nice friendly and happy to help me.

I just received my necklace with a photo of my wonderful late husband. It is just so beautiful! I love it! Great quality and it came in a beautiful box. Thank you, I would definitely buy more items.

Sehr guter Service. Antwort innerhalb weniger Stunden. Ware unkompliziert reklamiert. Die Lampe ist super!

I ordered a nightlight for my granddaughter - I purchased the light through a third party so got a shock when I found out postage was extra (a lot extra) and was worried about it arriving in time for Christmas as it was coming from USA - but not Justyling's fault and the light did arrive in time and was a great quality

Aucun problème. Colis bien arrivé.
