Do not recommend at all!!! Take money without permission big amounts of $40 at a time despite paying weekly and never missing payments. They then say the process to refund is hard. Talk about a scam!

setting aside issues of environmental impact etc, i initially liked the product bc (1) aluminum slim bottle that i REUSED and not heavy and (2) the flavored variety esp orange. first several boxes of orange came fine but my last two orders or orange has come flat! no carbonation, no fizz, just flat! i sent an email to the company telling them about the first time and alerting them that i will tolerate it once or twice more. i am due to receive my third order in early January and if they come flat again, then they will lose this customer. all the other flavors come fine, but not ORANGE :(

The water sold with a hefty mark up might be good quality and worth 5 stars. And in a world of naive consumers manipulated by celebrities into buying all sorts of crap Just Water might even be different. With a mission we all support. With a genuine innovative idea to save dolphins and the rain forest. But disappointingly they are no different than other greedy companies. It´s all about the profit. I bet 99% of consumers really think that Jaden had the idea and then everybody worked hard to get that bottle developed. And then they found those sugar cane farmers in Brasil and made them happy. And because of all that good hard work, you got to spend like crazy on - well - water. Only that none of that narrative is true. The miracle carton (tetra top) was introduced to the market by international packaging company TETRAPAK in 2014 - years before Just Water was even launched. And all Jaden and partners did was make sure to get those cartons (flat) and caps delivered to the US and fill them with spring water. And pretend it was their baby. How I know? Because TETRAPAK has posted about Just Water on their own website as a reference and the story how THEY found those sugar cane farmers in Brasil and made them happy. Here in Europe you can buy premium spring water in the same paper bottle for under 1 dollar. Fortunately we don´t have to pay the surcharge for some celebrity fairy tale.

I have been purchasing lemon just water for the past 4 years. I generally order from Amazon since retail stores in my area stopped selling all just water products. Last year I received a 12 pack case of lemon from Amazon that had an odd perfume type taste. Definitely not lemon. I was refunded. During the course of the year I received 4 additional cases with the same odd flavor. Upon contacting Just water I was informed that the lemon essence may have been too strong in those cases. Those cases had no lemon flavor just an odd insecticide scent. I just purchased 3 cases from Amazon and found they all had that odd scent/flavor. I will not drink it and Amazon has given me a full refund. I have never had this problem with the lemon Just water I purchase from Whole foods. I am curious to learn if any one else had this issue

LOVE this company!! I love the community-focused earth conscious approach to water. The customer service is fantastic! Very helpful and quick to respond. I receive auto-delivery because it’s tough to find on the shelves. The water is DELICIOUS! Just Lemon is the best 😉

I buy this at the grocery store and I like it bc it doesn’t contain much potassium and I have to be on a low potassium diet. Was surprised to learn how much is in Fiji, etc. I ordered for direct delivery from the company and they are charging my card but never delivered. It’s been a month since I placed the order. I am not alone & they won’t post bad reviews on the site. BUYER BEWARE- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DON’T DO IT!!!

I like this brand. It's nice water but most of all when you buy and drink it you feel yourself as a part of some big thing that trying to change the world in a better way, as i see that, and why it's amazing because you are feeling this while you drinking just water.
