We bought a cryo can from another business and it had a problem within the warranty period. The other business said they wouldn't honor the warranty, we contacted Just Medical Store and they enforced the warranty for us - great customer service!

I had ordered a device I needed for physical therapy. Currently away from my home caring for an elderly parent so the billing address (my home address) and shipping address did not match. This is not an uncommon situation and have my medications and other medical equipment shipped to me no problem. Instead of contacting me about it, they cancelled my orders after waiting four days. So now I will be delayed getting the device, which is to help with my pain, and will have to wait for a credit to hit my fsa before I can purchase the equipment elsewhere.
