I am writing this review to document a genuine service experience with Just Be Kind Coins. This business heavily markets its brand around honesty and doing right by the customer, but my experience showed the exact opposite. After participating in an order with them, I won a physical 1-gram gold bar. The seller failed to deliver the physical asset. Instead of fulfilling the shipment or honoring their advertised promise, they relied on a strict platform loophole that only forces a refund of the entry spot fee. This allows the business to retain the high-value physical asset while leaving the winning customer completely empty-handed.Buyers looking for legitimate, high-trust bullion and coin transactions should be incredibly cautious. Based on my experience, their corporate promises do not match their actual fulfillment practices when high-value items are on the line
