I recently stayed with June Homes at one of their apartments in Astoria, Queens. The application process was very smooth, the room looked exactly like it did in the pictures online and communication was very clear. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental in NYC.

During our interaction, Mario explained a potential reason for the lockout – a system misunderstanding that categorized me as a "move-out" resident since the end of June, despite my timely payment for both July and August rent. Later, I have received a message from JuneHomes that there was an system error which happend unintentionally. In times when unforeseen challenges arise, the support and dedication shown by professionals like Mario H are truly reassuring. His ability to calmly navigate complex situations and provide timely solutions is a testament to his expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction. Mario's actions not only resolved my immediate problem but also left a lasting positive impression.
