Julie Santiago Coaching | We Are The WomenReviews of juliesantiago.com

I couldn’t imagine my life without having entered the We Are The Women world. I am leading from a place of authenticity and compassion across all areas of my life. I’m so thankful for Julie and her team of amazing women. I have completed Awaken, Rise, and about to finish Lead and it’s been the most life-changing experience.

After 50 years of holding it all together, my body started falling apart. It was subtle for years, then started to get louder. I'm finally investing the time to learn to listen to my heart, my intuition. And connecting with other women who are moving through this is a real help.

I didn’t find We Are the Women. We Are the Women found me. It found me in one of the deepest seasons of burnout in my life. I was exhausted. I was pouring from an empty cup, trying to hold everything and everyone together, while somewhere along the way, I had lost pieces of myself. Then came Awaken. Then Rise. And now, just weeks away from graduating from Lead, I can honestly say I am not the same woman I was when I said Yes to this journey. This journey has asked me to look at myself honestly. To face the parts of me I had avoided. To understand my patterns, reclaim my voice, honor my worth, and learn that true leadership begins with leading myself. There have been tears. There have been hard truths. There have been moments of profound clarity. And there has been so much growth. WATW didn’t just teach me...it changed me. It has been the most meaningful, powerful, and life-changing investment I have ever made in myself. And perhaps the greatest gift has been realizing that the woman I was searching for was never missing… she was waiting for me to come back to her. Forever grateful that WATW found me. If you are standing in a season of burnout, questioning what’s next, or feeling that quiet whisper that there has to be more...listen to it. It might just lead you home to yourself. Thank you Julie and everyone at WATW! Love you all!!!

WATW is life changing it has changed mine and so many of sisters on this journey with me. I started awaken in April of 2025 and now Rise. Julie and her team have given me the tools to recover from burnout, and the healing to stay out of burnout. This program isn't just program to help you break the cycle that got your hear with work. It taught me how to self regulate, heal and accelerate my relationships with colleagues or accelerate my leadership. It did this in all aspect of my life. Friends, children, parents, work, and marriage. So many of my peers and I have found the career of our dreams, and make space for ourselves and our families from a calm and clear space. This is the most impactful, life changing commitment to myself I have ever taken.

Julie and her team provide an evidence based framework for personal growth. WATW has been an unparalleled opportunity full of love I didn’t know existed. They have developed the keys to unlock your emergence. A must do!

Julie and her team of coaches are an amazing resource. I have done Awaken and now Rise and my transformation is something I could have never imagined. I went from wanting to burn it all down and escape to finding a way to make my career work for me and am now learning to thrive with my new boundaries. It’s an ongoing process of learning and growth but the potential for realizing your true joy and peace is limitless.

Julie’s coaching program has been one of the most transformative investments I've made in myself. Combined with therapy and a spiritual awakening, it gave me tools and support to show up as my authentic self — for my family, at work, and in the world. What stands out most is the compassionate and supportive community Julie cultivates. There’s no judgment amongst the high performing entrepreneurs, MDs, and corporate leaders drawn to this work - we are all susceptible to burnout because we’ve mastered high performance at the expense of ourselves. Julie helps us cultivate a new way where we define success for ourselves and live according to our own values. This isn’t surface-level work; it pushed me to confront patterns I'd been carrying for years and build a life that’s sustainable. I'm more present with my family, clearer in my professional decisions, and more grounded overall. I am happier today than before I started working with Julie. I am so grateful for Julie and her program.

I did Awaken and now I'm in Rise. Julie's program helped me find joy and purpose again and come back to myself without giving up on my career. It also helped my relationship and helped me heal some of my wounds though it's a life long journey. I highly recommend this program!!!
