Package was delivered late and I have still not received my other order And one of my vapes doesn't work it comes on and just flashing at the battery light and it's fully charged

I didn’t get what I ordered. I got the wrong order.

My order was never delivered ups said it was and filed a claim and emailed your support twice with no replies

You refuse to send to my home address I tried to cancel my subscription yet you sent it to my post box anyway, I don’t know who signed for it.

Never got my order

I asked for return instructions and never got them after receiving the wrong product.

Make sure to purchase package protection. You will need it. They use OnTrac, which is a horrible delivery service that will somehow “lose” your package after weeks of going back and forth with their online automated “customer service” system. It’s scammy and feels like theft. Not worth the headache and stress. Still waiting for my deliveries and/or a refund weeks later.

I'm old and one social security. I don't do computers very well. I did not realize that the imate X POD did not come with the battery or whatever its called. I have no extra money to buy that part. I bought the 3 knowing that they would last me a long time and now can't even use this one
