I paid for three hours of consulting and only used two. He was emailed on April 28th asking for a refund. His office did not reply until I promised to make a complaint to the PA bar association. I then received an email that he would pay back the difference, but he hasn’t followed through, so I have made a complaint to the bar assoc. and I am leaving reviews. He is rated F on the better business bureau.
