Sent wrong item...wants me to pay return shipping
I purchased a ticking fabric from this company which was described as "The colors of this fabric are soft dark blue an off white neutral". The price came to $54 and just under $14 shipping. I received the fabric two days ago, and rather than "off white neutral", the color was closer to a pumpkin color. I wrote them explaining the problem, and asking for a return label. They explained that they do not pay for return shipping...even though they sent me a fabric not as described in their description. They want me to spend another $14 to ship back the fabric, which will be $28 total shipping in order to so that I can receive a refund. This would leave me with a $26 refund after having spent $82 for wrong fabric and shipping 2 ways.. This isn't just a matter of my not liking the fabric...the fabric is not what I ordered. I didn't rely on a photo...I relied on their description. Obviously, I will not be sending the fabric back.
