My experience with my coach JT Foxx came from spending the first part of my adult life in the military, four years as an employee, then disabled and in business for ourselves. Often people run into business headlong without any training or experience with just a desire to do it better and they wind up making a mess of things. That's where we were, we were IN business but we were slaves to the business. I went to a Tony Robbins event with many other coaches, and I saw something truly amazing take place. I saw well known people like Russell Brunson, Grant Cardone and Tony himself get outsold 3 to 1 by someone not many had heard of. One of the truly most dynamic speakers I have ever heard. His own events were nothing short of a marvel either, I watched a man much younger than myself and way higher on the success ladder analyzing people within a few seconds and telling them not only what was wrong with their business but why it was wrong and what they were doing or not doing to contribute to it. Then he offered everyone tremendously undervalued training, experience and coaching for prices that are reachable to the average business person. I owe much of my current branding, position, business acumen and confidence to JT. If it wasn't for him we'd still be doing the same thing expecting different results. Now we lead from the front, help others do the same. When I have someone very successful I introduce them to my coach, and I refer anyone struggling in their business to him as well.

JT Foxx has helped me start my business and my spouse refocus and scale his business. He is straightforward with his coaching, no fluff or coddling as he is there to help you and your business grow not bs you telling you what you are doing is great. I appreciate everything I have learned from him from both working with him one on one and in a group setting. I would highly recommend JT as your coach if you are starting out or if you want to grow and scale your business.

JT and his team have been amazing. They do not sugar coat it and are direct. I love having someone point out my strengths and weaknesses. For example, even with having knowledge in my business, I've learned that I was mostly in my own way and projected insecurity. Hence my business ventures were dreams. The weekly coaching has pushed me out of my comfort zone and I have been growing every day. There are amazing people within the groups to network with. I first got on a zoom call with JT after hearing him on Clubhouse. I wanted to scale my business and was unsure whether I hire a business coach. He can be misunderstood as rude because he cuts to the chase and tells you exactly how it is. We had 2 minutes to tell him our problem in my initial call, and he chopped me into bits when I first spoke. I could have let my ego get in the way, or I could have really used this as a learning experience. I was intrigued and signed up for coaching that same day. What I love about group coaching versus individual coaching is: one, its affordable for a starting entrepreneur, and there is a sense of family. Regardless of the topic, I always learn something, either the psychology of people, or something useful for my business. I'm truly grateful for the added value JT gives, his dedication, showing up for us every week for almost 2 hours, and the invaluable connections I have made in this group. I'm looking forward to growing and scaling so that I can also do business with his founders group. Look beyond his misunderstood facade and you will find a natural leader, who is giving back by helping other business players play big.
