The support offered by Jreviews is superb, if we get stuck with an update there is always help and support. We have also asked on a few occasions to implement some custom work (obviously we have to pay extra) but the work is always done very quickly and as requested. Well done, keep up the good work as businesses like us rely on this software to run our websites.

jReviews is a great and very powerful plugin. We used it for the WordPress-website of our non-profit association to help visitors find a prenatal/perinatal therapist. The plugin is sometimes a bit complex to use, but it allows us to set up (almost) anything we want. Especially the great and incomparable support from Alejandro should be mentioned.

I've been using jreviews since 2007. In that time the product has grown into a world-beating "Swiss Knife" application that will build you just about any website you want it to. On top of that, the support from Alejandro has been superb and if I've ever had a problem he's been quick to sort it out for me. I highly recommend Jreviews and if you want to build a reviews site in Wordpress or Joomla then this is the component to use.

JReviews is a versatile and powerful review app. I've used it on a writing critique website for several years and have loved the flexibility of it. It has lots of options and the support I've received has been wonderful. This week I ran into an unusual problem with uploads that I couldn't solve, and recieved very fast fixes from the developer. I've also recently asked for some customization and have had excellent response. Highly recommended.

JReviews is a LOT to learn in order to create a directory. The software has so many options that there is no "quick" set up. My project is very complex, and JReviews is the only software that I found to fit our needs. I've been developing for more than 20 years, and this is the first software that I've found to truly provide whatever you need. Others spend a lot of energy in making something "look" nice, but is not very functional and requires hiring the developers to make changes or set up the software correctly. But then you have no alternative but to hire them every time there is a change. JReviews allows you to build what "you" need and the look you desire. Once you get a handle on things you can create or edit any part of the directory. Alejandro is VERY patient and knows how to help even the meticulous people like me. So obviously I'd say support is great! The developers did a wonderful job and you can tell they spent a great deal of time creating the software because of everything that is included. I rarely write reviews, but JReviews was created so well and provides such quick support that I "had" to write this review - even before our project was completed.

I spent a lot of months comparing the different tools on the market. For three years I used Toolset but when I found JReviews for Wordpress my life changed. JReviews saves me a lot of time, the possibilities are incredible and the tool is easy to use and the technical support is very quick to respond. I am really "very, very" satisfied with JReviews and I won't go back.
