My Personal Endorsement
I purchased a life insurance policy through JRC Insurance Group. I found all interactions on my behalf to be very timely and conducted professionally, but with a genuine sense of care and concern for my personal needs. All of the staff I spoke to demonstrated this same kind of warmth and the desire to thoroughly address any questions or concerns I might have. I typically do not respond to requests to post reviews, however, I found this company exemplary on every level and would highly recommend it.

My agent
My agent, Kyong Kim, explained everything to me in a clear and understandable way. He was patient with my questions and answered my emails promptly. He did not try to influence my decision in any way. He made sure I understood my options, and let me decide. The assistants were just as good. I highly recommend him.

Superb Service
Justin Nelson at JRC, along with his assistants, made purchasing life insurance for my 63-year-young husband an extremely easy, stress-free experience. They took care of every detail. They were patient and considerate. They actually returned calls promptly and didn't rush us. It was obvious they were knowledgeable, enjoyed their careers, and weren't simply production workers pushing products in a timed call center environment. I highly recommend them! I cannot imagine it's possible to be treated any better than we were.
