I paid off my car 10 years ago and now I am trying to donate it. Turns out they never released the lien so I can't. I tried calling to have the lien released two weeks ago. It never happened so I called again today. They said they had no record of the initial request and it would be another 10 days before I get it. That was 15 minutes of life each phone call to give me a car I bought a decade ago.

Most people would claim JP Morgan was a brand to trust right? Well. I have a ton of shares on the WP platform I want to sell. For some reason there is no trade/sell option on the online platform so you think it would be a simple phone call to execute the trade right? No. I have been calling and chasing for weeks to get this done and still no response. Its a shame because I quite like Chase bank but the affiliation with JP Morgan has put me off.

I’ve been a Premier customer for over a decade, but lately, it’s impossible to get a human on the line. They talk about AI deployment in their earnings reports like it’s a good thing, but for the customer, it just means being stuck in an endless loop with a chatbot that doesn’t understand basic requests. It’s clear they are prioritizing their tech budget over the people who actually use the bank. Record profits, but zero customer service. I switched from Bank of America to Chase and was hoping for better customer service than I received at BOFA. But, nope. Not better service or anything. And that’s too bad. I tried to send a wire transfer today and spent ALL DAY on the phone speaking with seven different agents who assured me that the transfer would go through. First, they had the wrong account, then the wrong reference number (from a completed transfer), then I got an email saying they cancelled my transfer by my account still says it’s being “processed “ and it’s “too late” to cancel it. Ok that’s fabulous. Sent a message as directed to the Wire Transfer department and said they cannot get to my request and it may take them “two weeks or more” to get back to me. Wow! Just wow!

Discriminated against me as a white Christian male. They spent more time using illegal DEI programs than hiring for skills. I applied about 7-10 times in 7 years, as an experienced and top producing stockbroker.

I have a Nutmeg ISA investment account, now the account has been blocked so I have no access to the money. I rang them and wanted the account shut down and money transferred on 10/3. Nothing had been actioned. I rang them back and again no money returned, a month had passed no money returned. I was initially told money would be returned within 7 days. 4 phone calls later the money is still not returned and now the company says my money won’t be returned until I do the verification online. But my online account has been blocked. Two months later and a complaint to the company and bothibg has been resolved. Avoid this company at all cost!
