I tried to open an account. I got part way through and then had to wait for a verification email. It never arrived so I emailed them on Saturday. A reply from them on Tuesday came telling me I had to verify an email to progress, and to check my spam folder. That ended any chance of me investing with them, as 2 days for an email to agree that I couldn’t verify an email that never arrived! I suspect my investments would be better placed in a professional finance house.

I had a share scheme with this company and was given incorrect advise resulting in huge financial loss. I wouldn't trust these teams with anything. And it doesn't seem that I'm alone!

A payment was processed twice plus an additional $44.44 and they will not refund the money for 7 days. Not a good way to do business.

I'm part of a Sharesave scheme administered by JPM. Maturity was three weeks ago, during which time JPM has done nothing, save for provide a Letter of Authorisation to my broker. The Customer Service is atrocious. Yesterday's inteaction: - JPM "the matter is with the Settlement Team" Me: "can I speak to the Settlement Team" JPM "no" Me: "When will the settlement team actually do something and contact my broker?" JPM: "I can't tell you that" Total rubbish.

1 star rating. Avoid JPMS JP Morgan Chase Securities – Run away and quickly Dated and inadequate webpage experience is terrible vs Fidelity and Schwab. Only lowest level research information available. Apple / Android platforms not always usable for check deposits. Horrible customer non support by phone and supervisors very poor, providing both incorrect and misleading information. Written communications with inadequate replies by non identified personnel. Poor trading conditions. Refusal to trade by lots. Sign up bonus totally lost by account supervision fees. Refusal to assist for self directed accounts, unlike Fidelity and Schwab. In branch personnel simply hopeless – one person did not even execute the funding of an account. Wasted about 3 days of my time. Don’t make my mistake.

Ich habe ein Konto bei der Nova Chase Union in Großbritanien diese Bank hat schon jede menge Gebühren von mit verlangt und auch bekommen, nun hätte heute 12.Juni 2026 mein Geld auf mein Konto überwiesenwerden sollen, doch diese Bank verlangt einen Nachweis dass ich 5000€ auf dem Konto habe. Es ist eine unverschämtheit , es geht diese Bank doch garnichts an wievil Geld ich auf dem Konto habe. Die Nova will immer nur Geld, Geld sehr viel Gebühren habe ich bezahlt.

Finger weg von solchen unfähigen Banken, lieber weniger Zinsen als sich mit sowas rumärgern, Trotz erfolgreicher Registrierung ( musste auch zwei Mal durchgeführt werden), Keine Unterlagen erhalten,auf Nachfrage wurde anscheinend noch etwas fehlen
