Avoid At All Costs
As a customer who has worked with several 3PLs, JP Logistics is among the worst. They will double your rates unexpectedly, mis-ship orders and provide little communication. John (the owner) will not care about your business. I don't understand how a 3PL can provide such poor service when this is the only thing they are competing on. Avoid at all cost, there are better options in the area.
