I recently sent an email to Jpay about having problems sending a photo file attacment. However, I had been able to previously send a couple of emai attachments. However, after complaining, I received no email from Jpay. But each time I try to send an email, I now receive an error message to say that I can’t send any attachments! I will also be taking this issue to a higher level, if necessary. Oh, and Jpay also had court action against them in 2019, too!

Jpay is the worst company i have ever gone thru. i made a deposit on 6/30 for 100.00 and they put it on the wrong account, it is on 8/4 and still no refund. i call them everyday for something that is their mess up and i have not got absolutely nowhere. the customer service reps are so disrespectful and so rude. not one single rep knows a damn thing for what they are talking about. i have cussed many of them out because i know more then they know and for being rude to me. they refuse to get a supervisor on the phone when requested or puts you on hold and comes back on and says on the they told me to tell you. jaypay needs better customer service reps as well as better information. they have no phone numbers that help this is the worst company in the world and if there was any other company i would use them instead of jaypay. they make up stories and lie and lie. i had to do a one star because there was no spot to put no star. someone needs to come out with a better company that actually has good customer service. it's already aggravating enough having someone behind bars we should not be having a hard time being out here.

JPay has the most horrible customer service. The specialist that answers the phone and didnt know what to do transfered me to "higher services". Higher services had no idea how to help and told me to call customer services back. It was just a vicious cycle without resolution. I ended up loosing a significant amount of money.

Cannot accept a file this size , cannot accept, cannot accept , 1:1 ratio is about the smallest you can go . Your services suck . Upgrade or fix your system . Please and Thank you

This company is by far the worst!!! No customer service skills!! Always hanging up when you get a attitude back or ask for a name!!! I have ordered my husbands tablet back in April and it’s now JULY and still don’t have a tracking number “Bc of covid!” COVID IS OVER!! Can’t speak to a manager!! There is never a manager available to call or assist me!! “They take notes!!” But never call me back!! I always have to call back!!! When no one has a answer for me!!!! Terrible company to deal with!!!!

Miserable people to have to deal with. Every call about another faulty jplayer I paid for is a different excuse. More lies. Can't talk to a supervisor. Why do they tell me a different story EVERY time I call. Why does our government allow this company to continue. Just think about the answer to that.

J pay is all about stealing your money the custoner service is not the issue its the upper management thats the issue the supervisors dont return emails or resolve issues so problems go un solved. And they already have your money so they dont care .i need the tablet i ordered

This place is a joke. My sons tablet was stolen and hacked. They used the stamps emailed every contact for. Nasty pictures and money. There’s nothing he can do he is in prison. So I called explaining the situation. They said we’re sorry nothing we can do. My sons not even where the emails are coming from. REALLY? No way to treat a paying customer. JPAY Blows sucks and swallows. Ass whips
