ANGELA is rude a racist. She hung up on me after asking for a supervisor. She is the worst customer service representative I’ve ever had. She did not help and was not willing to assist. I hope she gets fired.

This company is a joke ! There is NO customer service!!!! Video visits don’t work ! But they have NO problem taking my money. Absolutely disgraceful

-5 stars. Their customer support is trash. No one picks up the call. Was on call waiting for hours (automation lies about high-volume calls. Estimate wait time, less than 2 mins, still no answers(bullshitt). Lazy Bum workers.

I would give Jpay no stars if I could they are a scam company I had my account deleted it said I sent money to my fiance 3 time and I didn't then charge $695 to send it neve us Jpay!!!!!!!!!!!!
