Ordered a tablet on April 14th , it’s June 5th , he still haven’t gotten it . When I tracked the tracking number , it was delivered to the prison on April 29th . So I called the prison to ask why they had these tablets but were just not giving them to the inmates . I was told “the accessories didn’t come with them so they’re not handing them out until they get those” so I emailed the company about the accessories on may 17th , again it’s June 5th and I still have not heard a word back . So 200$ spent for a tablet that the prison isn’t even allowing the inmates to have until they get some headphones [which they already have because of the tablets they hand out already] and a charger that they can’t even have in their cell . My fiancé will probably be out of prison by the time they decided or even THINK about giving them out .

Ordered tablet for son Dec 4 2020... Tablet was never delivered. It's now June 2 2021. And they haven't returned my payment to my account. Never again will I order anything from JPay. I think I've been ripped off. Be aware.

JPay removed two attachments from a message I sent, The first one was a picture of a Cross representing christianity. The second one was a picture of a Denver Bronco football helmet. This just goes to show how arrogant and the low down dirty moral is of a member or members of this jpay team is. The CEO Errol F. seriously needs to fire the rotten scoundrel.

The customer service representatives are rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and are inmates who have access to all our personal stuff. This company is a Monopoly and A rip off

Jpays video connect has been down for 2 weeks now says internal error and it's only for closed custody supposedly. I've spoke to the prisons and they said jpay is aware and is working on the issue but no progress has been made then the messaging went out for almost 4 days also jpay is just garbage

This is a sad company. No C.s. reps... Absolutely none that fluently speak English, and it's 1/2a scam. They sell broken defaulty items at a high price and offer no way to actually get it replaced, when upon arriving to prisoner broke!!! They take people's money having the family from to reach out to those incarcerated and that's it!! No customer service, no fixing issues that is their companies fault, no replacing broken or defective items they just keep taking and people keep giving hoping to do anything to make their incarcerated one feel love happiness,or just smile. Don't waste your money this company cares not &why should they when they keep taking in profit without having to claim responsibility for anything because they keep taking in money!!!

This app is horrible. I have tried several times with different emails and passwords with problems all green lights lit up saying that I every character is was 100% good to be accepted but still wasn't processing.

This company is HORRIBLE. They are not a company they are SCAM ARTIST. Their system NEVER works they way it should but they have NO problems taking your money. I had a video visit with my husband (which I PAY FOR) did the system check everything was fine on my end and passed. Go to start the visit and he can't see or hear me. I got out of it and try to get back in (which is what the system tells you to do) and the link for the visit is gone. I've emailed these SCAM artists several times NO ONE emails you back. I've had to call a bunch of times because I couldn't send money and NOT ONE PERSON WAS HELPFUL. No I lie one person said to go to Walmart and send a money gram which by the way is WAY cheaper then using them. It is so wrong on so many levels that this "company" is responsible for you being able to keep in touch with your loved one. They mess with the inmates emotions when they get excited to see there family and they take that away from them. I will be posting a bad review on every website I possible can find so other people don't have to feel the way my husband and myself feel right now.
