I purchased a few items directly from their site. One item was defective. Another item was missing 2 of 3 pieces. It's been 2 weeks of emails, they want to offer a 30% refund for the defective item and want pictures of the missing items!?!?! Yes, really! I learned my lesson, I will only buy from Amazon, they refund when the items are defective.

Horrible Customer Service
I was unsure about ordering from this company because I never heard of it, but I looked it up on Trustpilot and they have five stars and the price was right. I ordered something Sunday Oct 1. It was a skeleton union suit that zips up the front. It came really quickly. I got it on Wednesday Oct 5. It looked like all typical Halloween costumes come in- the plastic bag thing with the photo of the item on the cover. I took it out and it seemed like it was good quality.
My son tried it on in front of me and the fit was perfect. He went to zip it up like any normal person would and when he got to the top the whole zipper slide came right off rendering the zipper useless. Trust me, I tried to see if I could somehow get the zipper slide back on to no avail.
I wrote an email to the company on Oct 5, 6:24p EST. Someone from customer service got back to me at 3:00a EST (Oct 6) asking me if I would accept a 30% refund. I wrote back on Oct 6, 8:00a EST, that no, I would not accept that. I need the costume, it costs more than the item to have a zipper fixed and not having a zipper renders the item unusable.
After I'd emailed on Oct 5 at 6:24p EST, I then I called that evening around 7:45 EST, seeing as they are on Mountain or Pacific time. I thought it might be easier on the phone. I got a voicemail so I just hung up.
I called FOUR times in the afternoon on Oct 6. The first time it sounded like I reached a person, but it was breaking up like someone answering from their home on a cell phone. They ended up hanging up on me. I called back three more times and after listening to muzak it seemed like my call was picked up but there was no one there.
At almost midnight EST on Oct 6, I left a voicemail, I emailed, and I've called. All with no reply. It's October and this is a Halloween costume- time is obviously of the essence. I don't know why they expected me to accept a 30% credit when the item can't be used in it's current state. I'm fine sending back the original one if they send me a call tag or return label for it, but it's ridiculous that I can't find any way to speak to someone about getting a replacement.
The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one is because they shipped quickly and the item is good quality, aside from the zipper. The material isn't super cheap like I expected it to be.
Edit: I'm changing to one star. I've called more times, left more messages, and sent more emails, all to no avail, no response, nothing. They just went totally dark. So I'm out money and I still need to get a new costume for my son.
