1 star… It’s all done by other people even when asking directly if Joss does all the coaching and plans. Contact is very hard and takes a long time to come back. I was put on over 3,500 calories even thought I said I wanted to lose weight, this is more than 1,500 calories more than what I should be having. I got a serious injury, broke my ankle, which means I cannot do high intensity workouts for an extended period of time, so the combination of that with the failure to deliver on what he said he would means I requested to be released from the program which was denied. Poor service, bad results and bad training programmes!!
