From the very beginning to the day I received my engagement ring the staff at Joseph jewelers has been there every step of the way. They remained patient when I kept coming up with new ideas to add to the design and were helpful coming up with other ideas as well. I was skeptical at first thinking of having a ring made on the other side of the country, but there so caring and keep you so updated it's like they were right down the road. I can't wait to propose to my girlfriend because the ring they made is even more incredible than I could have ever imagined. I had a customer ring designed with Joseph Jewelry. The overall process took a bit longer than expected, however the ring is beautiful. Great design, great customer service. Well worth the wait.

I walked into the store with my girlfriend two months before I wanted to propose, and the people there were very helpful in sizing her finger and showing us the rings in the store for inspiration. The design process was very easy, with the staff being very transparent about what they believed was a good idea and what wasn't (which is helpful for an inexperienced person as myself.) They worked around my ideas and my diamond, suggesting things to make it better. The CAD drawings were extremely helpful to visualize the finished project, and the staff were quick to respond to my concerns or express their concerns. The finished product was gorgeous, and my fiance said yes! I fully recommend this place to anyone.
