If you leave a negative review they do not put it on their site. I bought a ring and it broke. I had a warranty and they sent a new ring to the wrong address. Apparently that is my fault and they will not send another ring to the correct address or refund. They have cut off communication with me. Their products are cheap and they are an even worse company. Buyer beware. Stay away from them.

This company provides zero communication when you have an issue about your order. I wanted to keep a ring I purchased for $199 that had a huge discrepancy between their 9 and 9.5 size. I tried to get help from their customer service but was ignored. I have now been ignored while they have had my return for almost a week and am not being refunded. They also don't allow everyone to review their products or experience. You can submit a "testimonial" but it has to go through them for approval since mine was never posted. When you run a business you are responsible for communicating in a reasonable time when you have already taken someones money. This business practice seems fraudulent and I want other people to be warned that they too could face issues and frustrations when purchasing from them. I ended up buying the same exact looking ring at a significantly cheaper price so I also suspect, not paired with their lack of customer service and disregard for peoples money, that they are marking up low priced/quality rings.
