I reached out to Jonjosef to ask if their cap toe quilted ballet flats would be in stock at some point. Melisa reached out to me to say they were producing more and if I ordered now they would arrive. I was still considering it when she wrote me again a couple of days later letting me know they had opened a presale option for me and said she wanted to close that option if I was going to buy them. I bought them that day, and received an email letting me know they would arrive on June 17. (I placed the order on May 7) which was fine with me. I reached out to Melisa on June 26 to let her know the order never arrived and received no response. I reached out via email 3 more times vis email. Once via their Facebook page, and once via the email form on their website with no response. August 7th gave up and filed a claim with my bank. I would not recommend buying anything from Jonjosef.
