Won’t respond and I’ll call every single number you have posted and not online including sales people until I get answers,my item, and compensation Already have Chads (+1 (636) 675-1699) (Midwest sales) so I’d rather not spend all day calling your salespeople and other workers since you don’t seem to EVERRRRR pick up your customer support line

Bought a limited edition fallout soda and when it arrived it was leaking, iv been trying to get ahold of the company for over a month now to fix this and have had no response, so disappointing

I had purchased special soda in November as a Christmas gift. It was supposed to ship mid December and I was to receive it before Christmas. It was a special gift. The product never arrived so I had to purchase something else for the person who was celebrating the holidays with us. I sent an email to Jones Soda demanding they give me a refund and at that time the item still had NOT shipped out. I went today to see if they refunded my money they did not. I see they are shipping it out with a date of January 7th. I have no use for this product anymore. Really upset with the lack of professionalism.
