Ruined my hairline
Terrible!!!! Worst thing they overcharge and RUIN hair, the salon left me with no hairline!! Charged me £700 and refused to discuss or resolve my complaint I was told it was my fault as my hair was weak! I’m sure as a qualified professional?????????!!! It would be an idea to discuss this with your client before you applied the weave! She reluctantly saw me a WEEK after! And GLUED the closure to my baby hairs, (that she had said were weak) The quality of hair was revolting The owner sent me photos of the hair she apparently used and charged me for her having to go to the local hair shop to buy the hair she used on my head! In the consultation i had and been charged for!! She had told me that she was going to use a very high quality human hair extension. Which is why I agreed on such a ridiculously high price! In fact she used a high st product and charged an extortionate amount! This Salon has ruined my hairline and in fact, my life, I will never get that back, I would hate this to happen to anybody else!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Such bad follow-up No intention of resolving the issue Really rude and insulting Try to block me from any social media or phone, So I couldn’t contact whatsoever!!!!! Thief!!!!!! Please do not use this Salon
