I appreciated the reminders when it was time to refill my prescription. There was no pressure or deadlines to hurry up and refill. Once I requested the refill, I received and completed an updated questionnaire. The provider responded with new dosing instructions quickly and I received my medication two days later, very well packed with frozen packs and in a styrofoam box. Highly recommend this company.

Ordering the shots were very easy and a breeze navigating thru the ordering process. Response times from the medical staff were good. Shipping was super quick and packaged efficient with ice packs. Upon opening, I was pleasantly surprised that several instructions were included on dosing. I did my first shot today and I can't wait to reap the benefits.
