The entire experience is just as easy as something can be. You start with registering on the site which is as easy as something can be. You need to provide your basic information and verify your identity, again which is about as easy as something can be. At each step you get a verification email and kept in the loop. Then you have a consult and they explain how everything works, explain issues you might experience and just run through goals and lifestyle changes. Assuming you're approved, you get a notification that it's happened, you'll get status updates when the script is written, when the pharmacy receives it, when it's shipped and then out for delivery. They have really detailed instructions to explain how to inject everything and then when the package arrives, it's in ice and has everything you need - alcohol, insulin needles etc. If you need anything, have any questions or just require assistance, they typically respond immediately or within a few minutes. Then you'll get a follow up request in email which asks you to log in and provide an update on your experience so far. Assuming all is smooth you'll have the next script refilled and the process just continues. If there's a change you speak with the doc and they work to make sure all is well and make any adjustments. Few companies are as helpful, competent and efficient and they are a dream to deal with.
