The medication is not strong enough to help or supress my appetite or make me feel full. I have requested a higher dose but was declined. It feels like a giant waist of money. I also have tried to get a Health Coach session but there are zero available spots. I want to talk to someone to get the dosage corrected but there are no openings in any of the months ahead... zero.

I have had no results so far.

Beginning of Week #2. Appetite not suppressed. Disappointing. I hope that week #3 and or month #2 is more impactful is more productive.

Purchased the first month. The website was lack luster, didn’t give updates about my particular program . I did get progress emails on shipping. Once I received it I got emails to update my progress/check-in using a link to a form. Seemed okay until after week 3. I began to inquire and figure out the next month, but no email came and no response. I ended up chatting with a representative, they noted that the prescription hadn’t been sent and they needed to check with the provider. They would reach back out- is what they said. I waited 5 days. Nothing. Which means, I wasted a whole month for nothing, because I went past the number of days you can go without taking the shot once it’s due; and, it was crickets from Levity. The one thing that keeps me from thinking it’s a rotten scam is that they did not charge me after that first month. They honored the cancellation I set on their website once I realized I was not going to get an answer. But to date, I’ve heard nothing.

The first dose/canoster of levity and 2nd i did not loose and the third i didnt then i was back to my original weight and now im loosing again, feels as though each time i get a new script i have to wonder how much is in this to work for me? Im questionable if i should keep doing this as the results are up n down. So i started at 233 im down to 227 total feom all these weeks

There is no dashboard and I’m left completely in the dark about pretty much everything which makes me doubt the legitimacy of this prescriber. I’ve contacted their customer service team so many times about this issue and nothing has changed, including my weight. No idea when I’m getting a shipment, no idea when check ins are due, no idea when I’m getting charged, nothing. Sketchy for sure.

Unfortunately, this company cannot use my HSA/FSA card for payment. I attempted to get a receipt from them to ask for reimbursement from my HSA/FSA and they do not have a standard receipt that includes the necessary basic information needed for reimbursement. So $400 dollars later and I can't even use my HSA/FSA... I was shocked a pharmacy in incapable of providing a basic receipt. I have contacted customer service multiple times their response is "oh well". I'm looking for a new company to work with right now.

I'm not losing weight like I want to. After the initial water lose, I'm stagnant already. It's only month 2.
