This actually helps a lot and it is a slower process but trust it. I’ve been on the shot for about 4 months and I have lost a little over 20 lbs. It helps with the food cravings and over eating. I started at 159 and I’m down to 139 and I’m still seeing progress. One week I was be down 2lbs some times it was barely 1lb or less on none at all. Don’t be upset with the number because it will show in the end.
