So my first month is about over and I should be reviewing my second month. It have lost a few pounds around 7 or 8 and I have cut back on my eating not so much what I eat. It's hard living with other people and actually the one who does all the cooking. So with that I am happy with results. To all the people who claim they have gained weight or no results, it's not a miracle medicine you need to put the work in and stop eating whenever whatever you want to and blame the medication, it's you not the medicine. It's easy to blame someone or something else but you have to be willing to do your part for it to work it's best.thats with ozempic or compound semaglutide. Stop giving bad reviews on the company and give them on yourself for what you have been eating. Do the right thing as what to eat cut back u will see results. Don't eat half a cake and complain it's not working because it is you would weigh a lot more if you weren't on the medicine. Good luck everyone !! There should be a skinny day meet once a year to show off loses!!
